Rose Valley RV Ranch offers the most modern sites and facilities in Grant County, with modern connections for water, sewer, electricity, telephone and Internet access available. In fact, if you're staying with us for a few weeks or longer, we can even help you get a dedicated telephone line installed right to your site!

Ranch size:

The Ranch sits on 44 acres and has just 57 premium sites, meaning the Ranch offers beautiful views in a low-density RV resort that offers room to spread out. Many sites have privacy patio areas and we've worked hard to maintain the original trees and vegetation. (Please help us maintain it by keeping your rig and vehicles on our gravel drives.)

Site types:

The Ranch's 57 RV sites include:

• 14 large 35 x 70-foot pull-through sites
• 43 spacious 25 x 58-foot back-in sites

Electrical connections:

Sites offer 30-amp or 50-amp connections

Telephone access:

Telephone access is available in our laundry facility. Local calls are always free, and our telephone connection is great for Internet users who rely on dial-up Internet access.

If you'll be staying at the Ranch for a few weeks or longer, contact the ranch to get information on having dedicated telephone service — with your own private telephone number — installed directly to your site by Qwest.

Internet access:

The Ranch offers free high-speed wireless access. Wireless access is available from any site on the Ranch via 802.11 wireless protocol. If your PC or laptop is equipped with an 802.11 wireless card or adapter, you're all set! If you need a wireless adapter, let us know when you check in: We have wireless adapters available for your use.

We'll help you gain access to the Internet when you check in. To do so via your built-in 802.11 card or adapter, you'll need to know your PC's physical MAC address. Here's how to determine this address.

Sewage facilities:

The Ranch offers modern sanitary connections at our dump facility. Our dump is connected directly to Silver City's licensed and modern sewage treatment facility.
